technology to the common man, established in 1989 the company is a major
manufacturer and exporter of Welding Electrodes, Welding Electrode Flux, Wet
Mixing Agents and Welding Electrode Plant & Machinery. The success story
of Eureka Systems and Electrodes Pvt Ltd, reached a turning point when the
partnership firm launched by K.CHANDRASHEKAR and associated Mr.S.GANESAN and
K.SUBRAMANIAM matured into a private limited company.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing Unit at Tamil Nadu. India is fully
equipped with all essential machines and equipment to meet our production,
inspection, testing and storage needs. Apart from the dynamic managerial
team and middle management, we utilize services of around 20 skilled
technicians and an equal number of semi skilled workers. With a fully
computerised administrative office, centralized purchase as well as
production and marketing are monitored by the Managing Director himself.

QUALITY
Being an ISO 9001 certified company, we strongly believe that quality
control and assurance department is the backbone of every progressive
concern. Our finely built laboratory houses chemical, mechanical and welding
labs equipped with Universal testing machine, Charpy and Izod impact tester,
Brinell hardness tester etc. Standard procedures are followed to check and
test the raw materials for their suitability before sending to production
department. Special work- stations are installed to test the quality of
manufactured items, and each lot is assigned a batch no. so for easy
identification and traceability.
