CELLULOSIC TYPE ELECTRODE
EURO PIPE is a light coated cellulosic type electrode which can be used in
all welding positions including vertical downward on DC(+) only. The
covering has high content of cellulose to give deep penetrating, forceful
arc suitable for wide applications of welding jobs including pipe welding,
stove pipe welding etc.
EURO PIPE PLUS(E 6010) - LIGHT COATED

EURO PIPE PLUS is a light coated cellulosic type electrode which can be
used in all welding positions including vertical downward on DC(+) only. The
covering has high content of cellulose to give deep penetrating, forceful
arc suitable for wide applications of welding jobs including pipe welding,
cisterns and different containers etc.
NUMBER ONE PLUS (E 6012) -LIGHT
COATED GENERAL PURPOSE ELECTRODE
NUMBER ONE PLUS is a light coated , general purpose, all-position mild
steel electrode designed for welding applications of structural importance
in general fabrication and repair work. The electrode has medium penetration
and its ability to bridge wide gaps makes it ideal for poor fit
applications.
NUMBER ONE (E 6013) - RUTILE TYPE GENERAL
PURPOSE ELECTRODE
NUMBER ONE is a rutile based , medium coated general purpose electrode
suitable for welding mild steels. The superb and controlled flux formulation

EURO MONEL is a versatile electrode with monel core wire for cold-welding
of grey cast irons and joining cast irons to steel. The electrode produces

EURO NICKEL is a versatile electrode with Nickel-Ferrous alloy core wire
designed for producing a high strength, ductile, and machinable weld that
matches colour of the base metal. The weld bead is evenly rippled and due to
the higher tensile strength and ductility of the deposit, satisfactory weld
can be made on heavy and highly stressed sections. The electrode has an

EURO CHROME - RUTILE TYPE STAINLESS
STEEL ELECTRODE FOR 19/10 Cr-Ni WELD METAL
EURO CHROME is a rutile type all postion electrode designed to yield low
carbon 19Cr-10Ni weld metal with controlled ferrite content. The weld
deposit is radiographic quality and is highly resistant to cracking,
corrosion, scaling at 350°C and resistant to oxidation even at 800ºC.
The electrode deposits a highly polished weldment with excellent welding
characteristics and slag easy detachability.
EURO MOLY - RUTILE TYPE ELECTRODE FOR
18Cr-Ni-11-Cr-2.5 STAINLESS STEELS
EURO MOLY positions in AC/DC(+). The electrode deposits a sound
radiographic quality, 18Cr-11Ni-2.5Mo weld metal with controlled ferrite.
The weld metal shows excellent mechanical properties in combination with
high creep strength and it is resistant to cracking and pitting corrosion
even at 850°C due to the presence of Mo. With an easily removable slag
the electrode deposits a smooth and fine rippled bead with an arc which is
easy to strike and re-strike.
EURO ALLOY - RUTILE TYPE ELECTRODE FOR
29Cr-9Ni STAINLESS STEELS
EURO ALLOY is a rutile based type electrode suitable for operating in all
positions in AC/DC(+). The electrode deposits a sound radiographic quality,
29Cr-9Ni weld metal. The weld metal shows excellent characteristics such as
resistance to oxidation, cracks as fissures. With easily removable slag and
soft and stable arc the electrode deposits a smooth and fine rippled bead.
