EURO MANGAN is a basic coated low hydrogen type electrode suitable for
depositing a work hardening type weld on austenitic manganese steels. By
virtue of special flux formulation, unique operating characteristics the
electrode deposits a fine rippled weld bead with 15% manganese. Other superb

which is easy to strike and re-strike. The weldment shows excellent wear
resistance in combination with abrasion and high impact resistance.
EURO HARD - III LH - RUTILE BASED
HARDFACING ELECTRODE
EURO HARD - III LH is a rutile based, medium coated hard facing electrode
with pleasing operating characteristics like smooth and stable arc, easy arc
striking and re-striking properties, maneuverability in welding positions.
The electrode deposits a non-machinable weld metal with C-Cr-Mo-V alloy
which is highly resistance to impact, severe abrasion and wear.
EURO HARD V - GRAPHITE BASED HARD FACING
ELECTRODE
EURO HARD V is an unique electrode operating on AC/DC(+) depositing an air
hardening weldmetal which has excellent resistance to severe abrasion with
moderate impacts as in the case of oil expeller worms, dipper teeth, scraper
blades, screw conveyors, etc.
EURO HARD - V LH - RUTILE BASED
HARDFACING ELECTRODE
EURO HARD -V LH is a ruitle based, medium coated hard facing electrode with
pleasing operating characteristics like smooth and stable arc, easy arc
striking and re-striking properties, maneuverability in welding positions.
The electrode deposits a non-machinable weld metal with C-Cr-Mo-V alloy
which is highly resistance to severe abrasion, wear and moderate impact.
EURO CAST - GRAPHITE
BASED ELECTRODE FOR CAST IRON - NON MACHINABLE WELDS
EURO CAST is a graphite based electrode for laying non-machinable bead on
cast irons. The electrode produces crack-free and porosity-free
non-machinable weld which bonds easily and strongly with the cast iron. The
electrodes has an ability to operate on low currents with a soft and steady
arc, which is easy to strike and re-strike.
EURO CUT- CUTTING AND GOUGING ELECTRODE
EURO CUT is a cutting and gouging purpose electrode suitable for operating
in all positions in AC/DC(-). The smooth operating characteristics with
forceful arc ensures perfect cut edges and smooth surface finish. The
forceful arc blow helps to remove the molten metal from the job.
We manufacture and export fluxes and wet mixing agents for the welding

manufacture Like General Purpose electrodes, Cast iron electrodes (
Machinable & Non-machinable) Hard facing electrodes, Cutting electrodes,
Stainless Steel electrodes and etc.
To cater the specific requirements of the customers, to improve the quality
of the existing product and to maintain the consistency in quality we have
our own R& D wing and state of the art laboratories (Physical,
mechanical, welding and chemical).
By providing consistent quality fluxes (which meets the industrial
requirement as well as specific customer's requirement) and by maintaining
timely delivery with competitive price, we have clients spread over all the
continents
EURO SUB EM12 (Submerged Arc Welding -
Carbon Steel Wire)
This wire is a low carbon, low manganese, low silicon general purpose
submerged arc wire is capable of making single pass or multiple pass welds.
EURO SUB EL12 (Submerged Arc Welding -
Carbon Steel Wire)
This is a low manganese and silicon wire with minimal rust and mill scale
tolerance. It has excellent ductility and crack resistance-recommended for
restained welds and good machinability. It is suitable for butt or fillet
welds on lower strength carbon steels.
EURO SUB EH14 (Submerged Arc Welding -
Carbon Steel Wire)
Submerged arc welding wire for joining big sheets, high deposition rate and
penetration bring about effective welding, smart weld bead with high
mechanical properties.
EURO 20(AWS/F6 A2 EL 8)
EURO 20 is a special type agglomerated flux of Manganese silicate base, for
general purpose welding of mild steels. It is capable of operating on a wide
range of welding speeds with low consumption. The flux yields a smooth shiny
bead with self-detaching slag and the welds are or radiographic quality.
EURO 30(AWS/F7 A0- EM12K)
EURO 30 is a all purpose flux of basic rutile type suitable for welding,
mild steel and medium tensile steel. The weld metal has excellent strength
and stands to radiographic standard. The weld beads are smooth and shiny and
slag is self-pealing.
EURO 40(AWS/F7 A4/P5 EH 14)
EURO 40 is an all mineral flux with high basicity for welding structural
steels, pressure vessels, pipe steels and fine grained steels. This is
characterized by low silicon pick up and yields high Manganese when used
with EH 14 wires as the slag is basic in nature. The beads are smooth shiny
and are of radiographic quality.
EURO 2 - ER 70S6(WELDING WIRES FOR MAG(CO2) -
WELDING)
Solid copper coated welding wire for welding in gas shielding atmospheres.
Suitable for welding unalloyed and low alloyed construction steels with
tensile strength below 530N/mm2 like boiler plate, fine-grained steels, pipe
steels, shipbuilding steels and cast steels.
EURO 3 - ER 70S7(WELDING WIRES FOR MAG(CO2) -
WELDING)
Solid copper coated welding wire for welding in gas shielding atmospheres.
Slightly higher silicon and manganese alloyed than Euro 2. The higher
contents of silicon and manganese increase the yield stress and tensile
strength of weld metal. The high silicon content promotes a low sensitivity
to surface impurities and contributes to smooth weld.
